I need a rental car from tomorrow 10PM at Oslo City Center, and I am going to travel 1100KM. Inluded in the car hire I will get 400KM, and then I have to pay 4 kr for every extra KM. That will be suddenly very expensive!

You should choose a car with unlimited mileage, if available. At the left hand side is a "Mileage" filter. Tick "Unlimited" and all results shown will include unlimited mileage.
